Tombstone Tuesday

Marker found on the grave of Joseph Wiseman
B: 1759, PA
D: 1832, WV
Served in the militia during the American Revolution.
The Old Rehoboth Church Cemetery
Keenan, Monroe, West Virginia

Is anyone familiar with this kind of marker???

It is a Veteran's grave marker similar to this: http://www.mdva.state.mn.us/BronzeStarGraveMarkers.htm

Not sure what the F C L etc. mean.

The F, C, and L on those markers stand for Fraternity, Charity and Loyalty.
