ROTGE
Peter Rotge was the 7th of 8 children born to Jean Rotge and his wife Anna Martin. Both Jean and Anna had been born in France, while all of their children except one,were born in the US, one was born in France, six in New Orleans, LA, and the last in Goliad, TX.
Peter married Lillie Mae Surber on 15 Nov 1902 in Texas.
The couple had 8 children:
Julius Otto Rotge [1903-1975]
Annie Mae Irena Rotge [b. 1906]
John Cornelius Rotge [1901-1983]
Joseph Jesse Rotge [1912-1987]
Ruby Martha Ann Rotge [b 1915]
Twin to Ruby Stillborn [1915]
Robert Roy Rotge [b. 1922]
Twin to Robert Stillborn [1922]
Lillie died in 1932, and Peter in 1956.
They are buried at Glen Rest Cemetery in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.
Peter and Lillie Rotge are my dh's great-grandparents.

Peter and Lillie are also my husband's great grandparents. His goes down to Joseph Jesse then Jesse Jay, then himself(Roger Lee).
