Crustless Coconut Custard Pie
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
3/4 cup sweet coconut - shredded
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer. Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
***This is loely recipe that my Granny Dreher used to make. It takes merely minutes to prepare, and a short baking period. You can omit the coconut if you want. If you do, you can add a little nutmeg for flavoring.
This is one of my favorite "go-to" last minute desserts!
